ORDERS:
Universal Architect processes and ships in-stock items within 5 business days of order unless otherwise notified. If your item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email and notified when you will be receiving the order (usually within 21 days of the original order date).

 

PREORDERS:
Preorder items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If a preorder and an immediate item are ordered together, the immediate item will ship and the preorder item will ship separately once it becomes available. No additional shipping charge will incur if the order is shipping within the USA. International preorders are held until all items can ship together. 
 

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:
We hope you love your Universal Architect purchase! If for any reason you are not totally happy with our item(s), we accept returns within fourteen days of receipt of shipment. Your items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. We will fully refund your original form of payment within two business days, once item(s) are received back. Universal Architect is NOT responsible for any return shipping charges. Sale merchandise is final sale.
 

 

SHIPPING:
We offer shipping via USPS. If an alternate shipping method is desired, please specify at the time of order.
 
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer worldwide shipping. TAXES AND DUTIES: All customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
